One unique feature about your educational institution that makes it different from the other institutions in the country

If, as an education influencer, given a chance to be the change and see the change in the field of education, what would you like the change to be and how?

I want to see and work towards the all round development of children. Parents want their kids to get good marks, but I want to see click here the children getting good marks and applying their common sense. When I interact with kids, I ask questions related to common sense. Most children cannot answer commonsense questions as we only ask them to read books which are not enough. I want to build these skills in them.

Respect to teachers and elders are also important aspects which are missing today. I want to instill the values in children. Teachers have been working get more info for the past three decades to just make sure that children get a good education and learn the values. Teachers may not be able to give enough time to their own children, but ensure that they are there for the school children.

A message you would like to give to the upcoming professionals in the field of education with regard to the leadership qualities they must possess

How does it feel when your team looks upon you as an influencer and what message would you like to give them?

Fortunately, we have teachers who have been working in the field since we started school. I have always been telling them more info that we will grow together.
